Here you can buy the large spare parts for your VALENESS basketball stand individually: rim, backboard and base, each for the Pro, Youth and Kids models. This gets your hoop ready to play again quickly, without you having to buy a new stand.
Which model do you have?
You can identify your model by its height adjustment:
- Pro: height-adjustable from 135 to 305 cm, 45 cm rim, base for up to 90 kg of sand or 70 l of water
- Youth: height-adjustable from 147 to 260 cm, 45 cm rim, 82 × 53 cm backboard, base for up to 65 kg of sand or 54 l of water
- Kids: height-adjustable from 150 to 210 cm, 38 cm rim, base for up to 45 kg of sand or 31 l of water

Faulty during the warranty period?
If a part becomes faulty within the warranty period or arrived damaged, you will receive the replacement free of charge. To arrange this, write to us at info@valeness.com, ideally with a photo. Here in the shop you can order parts that you want to replace, for example after a storm or due to wear.
Delivery
We ship spare parts, balls and pumps ourselves via GLS, with free shipping to Germany and Austria. We deliver them to other countries only on request at info@valeness.com.

Which model do I have?
You can tell by the height adjustment: the Pro stand adjusts from 135 to 305 cm, the Youth stand from 147 to 260 cm and the Kids stand from 150 to 210 cm. If you are unsure, send us a photo at info@valeness.com.
Which rim fits?
The Pro and Youth stands have a rim with a 45 cm diameter, the Kids stand one with 38 cm. Select your model above and you will get the matching rim.
What do I fill a new base with?
With sand or water. Sand adds more weight: up to 90 kg instead of 70 l of water for the Pro stand, up to 65 kg instead of 54 l for the Youth stand and up to 45 kg instead of 31 l for the Kids stand.
Is a part free of charge under warranty?
Yes. If a part is defective within the warranty period or arrived damaged, you will receive the replacement free of charge. Just write to us at info@valeness.com, ideally with a photo. Here in the shop you can order parts you want to replace, for example after a storm or due to wear.
Do you also need screws or a net?
Send us a short message at info@valeness.com and tell us your model. We will help you with the right small parts.
Do you deliver spare parts to other countries?
We offer free shipping on spare parts to Germany and Austria. For other countries, write to us at info@valeness.com.

We deliver spare parts, balls and pumps to Germany and Austria free of charge, with no minimum order value. We ship them ourselves with GLS, including tracking. Delivery to other countries on request only at info@valeness.com.
2-year warranty & returns
VALENESS warranty: We provide a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in material and workmanship — offered voluntarily and in addition to the statutory warranty, which remains unaffected. Warranty provider: VALENESS, Sebastian Funke, Pestalozzistraße 1, 48703 Stadtlohn, Germany. To make a claim, an email to info@valeness.com with your order number and a brief description is enough; wear and tear and damage caused by improper use are excluded.
Returns: You have a 30-day return period from receipt, no reason required. Just write to us at info@valeness.com with your order number — the return label comes back free of charge by email. Alternatively you can use the withdrawal form.
