Payment & Shipping Conditions
This English version is provided for your convenience. The legally binding version is the German original; in case of any discrepancy, the German text prevails.
Here you will find all the details on payment, shipping and delivery times. Orders placed before 2 p.m. on a working day leave our warehouse the same day.

Payment methods
Payment is processed via Shopify's payment services. You can see which methods are available to you at checkout: only the methods actually enabled for your country and your basket are ever shown there.
- PayPal: after submitting your order, you are redirected to PayPal and complete the payment there.
- Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna: provided they are available for your order.
- Purchase on account: for clubs, schools, local authorities and businesses. To arrange this, write to us before placing your order at info@valeness.com.
The purchase amount is due upon completion of the order. You will receive the invoice showing VAT by email.
Shipping and delivery times
We ship from Germany, mainly with GLS. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
- Germany: free shipping, delivery usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Austria: free shipping, delivery usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands: free shipping, with no minimum order value.
- Denmark and Luxembourg: from €5,90, staggered by weight up to €28,90.
- Czechia and Poland: from €10,90, staggered by weight up to €29,90.
- Spain: from €18,90, staggered by weight up to €68,90.
Deliveries to other countries cannot be ordered directly through the shop. If you are interested, write to us at info@valeness.com: we will check whether shipping is possible and on what terms.
Shipping costs by weight
The table applies only to Denmark, Luxembourg, Czechia, Poland and Spain. Shipping to all other delivery countries is free.

The decisive factor is the total weight of your order. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you submit your order.
All details are based on experience and are not guaranteed dates. During promotional periods and around public holidays, the carrier may take longer.
Bulky goods and island delivery
Basketball stands and wall bars are bulky consignments. They are sent as parcels, but depending on the carrier they may arrive separately in several parcels.
Additional carrier charges may apply for deliveries to islands. Should this be the case for your address, we will contact you before dispatch and agree on how to proceed: without your consent, you will not incur any additional costs.
Delivery to Switzerland and other countries
Delivery can be ordered directly to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Italy and Spain. Within these countries, some island regions are excluded: the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Balearic Islands, Corsica as well as Sicily and Sardinia. An order with a delivery address there cannot be completed in the shop. If you are interested, write to us at info@valeness.com and we will assess shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Should an order with a delivery address in one of these areas nevertheless be received, we will cancel it and refund you the full amount. We do not offer delivery there for an additional charge.
All other countries, including Switzerland, cannot be ordered through the shop. Write to us at info@valeness.com: we will check whether shipping is possible and on what terms. In this case, you will bear customs duties and import charges yourself.
Wrong address, delivery refused, parcel not arrived
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address, we will get in touch with you and send it out again once we have agreed the details with you. If a parcel has not arrived after the stated delivery time has elapsed, just drop us a line with your order number: we will follow it up with the carrier and find a solution.
