General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code) via our online shop at www.valeness.com.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The product representations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission by an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT. Delivery within Europe is free of shipping charges, except for deliveries to islands. For the latter, additional fees may apply, which will be communicated separately if applicable.

5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the shipping service provider GLS. The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered by Shopify. Currently, this particularly includes PayPal. Payment is made in advance.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For further details, please refer to the “Cancellation Policy.”

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Contract Language and Governing Law
The contract language is German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
