Yes. The invoice is sent automatically by email to the address provided when ordering. It also serves as the order confirmation and contains all mandatory tax details.

A change or cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. As we dispatch orders placed before 2 p.m. on the same day, it is important that you contact us immediately by email at info@valeness.com. After dispatch, you can return the goods under the 30-day return policy.

Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands is free of charge. There is no flat-rate shipping fee and no minimum order value. Shipping costs only apply to Denmark, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Poland and Spain, staggered according to the weight of the order.

For orders placed before 2 p.m., dispatch takes place on the same working day. Delivery then usually takes 1 to 3 working days within Germany; to Austria it takes correspondingly a little longer.

Shipping is mainly handled by GLS.

VALENESS delivers to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Italy and Spain. Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands is free of charge. For Denmark, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Poland and Spain, costs are staggered by weight; you will see the amount at checkout. Some island regions are excluded: the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Balearic Islands, Corsica as well as Sicily and Sardinia. Direct orders are not possible to those destinations or to any other countries, including Switzerland: if you are interested, write to us at info@valeness.com and we will check the conditions.

You have a 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods. Returning the item is free of charge for you. You do not need to give a reason.

Yes. We provide a 24-month VALENESS warranty from receipt covering defects in materials and workmanship: voluntary and in addition to the statutory warranty, which remains unaffected and is free of charge for you. The advantage over the statutory warranty: after twelve months you do not have to prove that the defect was already present on delivery; it is sufficient that it occurs within the 24 months. We cover shipping and return shipping, and the owner handles the process personally. The warranty is provided by VALENESS, Sebastian Funke, Pestalozzistraße 1, 48703 Stadtlohn. Infinitely variable from 0 to 6 km/h. That covers walking and brisk walking, not jogging. In addition, an incline of up to 4° can be set, and the device can be used as a vibration plate.

The device measures 123 × 54 × 13 cm, of which the running surface is 42 × 100 cm. With a height of 13 cm and integrated transport wheels, it can be pushed under a desk, bed or sofa. For walking while you work, you need a height-adjustable desk.

The yoga headstand benches from VALENESS are made of solid natural wood and carry up to 150 kg. They are equally suitable for yoga beginners and advanced practitioners.

We offer three versions: the children's version with a rim height of 150 to 210 cm, the youth version with 147 to 260 cm and the professional version with 135 to 305 cm. All models are height-adjustable.

Yes. The outdoor basketball hoops are designed for year-round outdoor use. All screws are made of stainless steel and are therefore corrosion-resistant. The steel frame is coated and weather-resistant.

The stand has a fillable base that you can stabilise with sand or water. Sand is the recommended option, as it does not freeze in winter either and offers more stability. The maximum quantities per model: professional up to 90 kg of sand or 70 l of water, youth up to 65 kg or 54 l, children up to 45 kg or 31 l.

The mini basketball hoop can be hung over a door or mounted permanently on the wall. The complete fastening accessories for wall mounting are included in the delivery.

The counter version of the mini basketball hoop has an electronic points counter that automatically counts every basket. Ideal for playful training and small competitions between children or in the office.
